Give each programme a clear audience
A parent comparing youth activities needs different answers from an adult enquiring about individual instruction. Describe age or experience fit, the session format, location or online delivery and the next step. Help people choose a relevant programme without having to interpret a broad list of disciplines.
Use accurate experience and proof
Owner-approved qualifications, programme information and real work can build confidence. Use participant images or feedback only with permission, and take particular care with material involving children. The website should present the coach’s actual experience without implying guaranteed progress or outcomes.
Make the booking expectation clear
A programme may require an introductory conversation, assessment or availability check. Say whether the visitor is requesting a place or booking a confirmed session. If a system shows availability or takes payment, those states need to reflect the agreed operational process.
