Explain the engagement, not only the expertise
A prospective client wants to know what problem you help with, what the engagement involves and who it suits. Organise services around understandable customer needs. Explain the first step and any information required before a meaningful consultation or quote.
Use evidence appropriate to the work
Accurate experience, qualifications, approved case examples and process information help a referral check the business. Confidential engagements should not be turned into public client claims without permission. If a result cannot be disclosed, a clear explanation of the work can still be useful.
Create a qualified conversation
An enquiry form can ask about the problem, business context and desired next step without collecting unnecessary sensitive detail. Explain whether the visitor is requesting a meeting or booking confirmed time. Integrations, scheduling and client portals need their own scope.
